Cancellation and Refund Policy
HANUMAN TURİZM TİC. TAŞ. LTD. ŞTİ. The cancellation and refund policies applicable to the services offered by ACTIVITURE are detailed below.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Villa/Apartment/Condo Reservations
- For cancellations made up to 90 days prior to arrival, the advance payment received will be refunded to the customer without any deductions.
- For cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival, 35% of the total rental amount will be charged.
- If cancellations are made up to 29 days prior to arrival, on the day of stay, or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the trip cost will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Activity Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the activity is canceled up to 20 days before the scheduled date, the payment will be fully refunded
- If the activity is canceled up to 10 days before the scheduled date, the deposit amount will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If the activity is canceled within 5 days of the scheduled date, the payment is non-refundable.
If the customer fails to make the remaining payment on time, ACTIVITURE reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain any payments previously made.

Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the tour is canceled up to 30 days before the scheduled date, the payment will be fully refunded.
- If the tour is canceled up to 20 days before the scheduled date, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
- If the tour is canceled within 10 days of the scheduled date, the full amount of the tour fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

Yacht Rental Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the yacht rental is canceled up to 120 days before the scheduled departure date, the payment will be fully refunded.
- If the yacht rental is canceled up to 90 days before the scheduled departure date, 20% of the total tour fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the yacht rental is canceled up to 60 days before the scheduled departure date, 30% of the total tour fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the yacht rental is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled departure date, the entire reservation fee is non-refundable. However, after deducting 30% of the total tour fee, the remaining amount can be used by the customer for the following year on the same or a different yacht, upon their request.
- If the yacht rental is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled departure date, the full amount of the tour fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
Refunds for tour cancellations will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
General Conditions
- For payments made by credit card, any commission or transaction fees applied by banks or payment systems are the responsibility of the customer, and such deductions will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
- If ACTIVITURE is forced to cancel a reservation due to reasons beyond its control, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered a suitable alternative for the same dates. If the alternative accommodation is not accepted, the payment received will be refunded to the customer.
- Special cancellation conditions may apply to certain villas, apartments, condos, yachts, tours, and activities, and these conditions are clearly stated on the respective reservation pages. For such accommodations, cancellations are non-refundable.
- If the customer fails to make the payment by the specified due date, ACTIVITURE reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain any payments previously made.
- Reservation cancellations can only be made in writing via email or registered mail.
Cancellation requests made via telephone are not considered valid.
- If the customer fails to comply with the contract terms or does not use the reservation due to their own fault, ACTIVITURE accepts no responsibility. The full accommodation fee is considered a debt that must be paid by the date specified in the contract.
Every customer who reads these cancellation and refund policies and proceeds with a reservation is deemed to have accepted these terms. ACTIVITURE reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions when deemed necessary.
